No. I mailed then exactly what I was supposed to for the 160 GB SATA internal hdd and they declined it because "...that is the wrong UPC for the 300 GB external Firewire hdd". I explained it was not a 300 GB yadda yadda yadda and that I had a copy of everything, and they responded with the same BS reply.
