Running THINK hidden?

I got another computer i can install FaD on. One problem, My dad is all like you aint installin that on my comp. So the only box in my house runnin fad is mine. I know we could use the extra power, so is their a way I can run it without it popping up at startup or in the systray?

yes, when you install it, set the queue and graphic window to hidden, then remove whatever is placed in the startup folder, and replace it with a shortcut to think, rather than tray.exe

this causes it to work, but not be seen in the system tray or any graphic windows. Tell it to connect weekly if his computer is on dial up.

Hehe, how to sneak FaD on a computer when your parents ain't looking..... I'll have to keep this all in mind.

BTW, I'll be adding 2 P3 600's to the herd in the next few weeks. One's coming tomorrow (sister's computer, going to use this trick to get it all going) and I'm setting my old P3 600 in a few weeks. Alls it needs is a video card, a monitor, and a few other knick knacks and it's all set.

Then it's off to mod my system, and build another one out of the spare parts I'll be tearing off of this thing.... Geeze, it hasn't been a year yet and I'm already going to tear it down.

Another thing to do is to edit think.lgo (use Notepad) and remove the line that runs tray.exe
