Stats for 9-11-2003
Well, we didn't drop any places today so that's good. Personally, I'm in the mood to build a fleet of Athlons. The only problem is I prefer to live on this thing called a budget. It's great at preventing debt but it does mean I have to wait to do some things. I think for now I'll just experiment with running Windows off a network drive. Just need to get a dirt cheap video card and a floppy drive.

Made it past 11 million!!
DPA's getting perty close though... That's ok, I don't really care about my place, the team though, that's a different matter! 
Congratulations to everyone for working so hard! Keep it up guys, and thank TT for the encouragement!!  I know it helped me, as I'm sure all of us! We need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves...  And just get busy!! Once the Athlon 64's come out, then the price of the other Athlons will presumabley drop. So, then if everyone would then just go upgrade their CPUs to a 2500+ or so, then we would be smoking... I mean, they're already a bit under $100, and they will keep going down little by little. I'm thinking about upgrading a Duron 950 with one of those puppies, and all the rest of the comps are at least 1700+'s so I might hold off a little while on those. I can't wait to see what the Athlon 64 will do as far as crunching... http://lan-porters.homeip.net/images...on_twisted.gif
