No, I was just checking the stats and noticed we had dropped below Top Cats again (third time I believe). Looked at our team and saw CCristo missing. Checked XPC and found him.

With the loss of his mollicules/points it'll be a while before we pass TopCats again.

Oh well I guess...not much a person can do about it.

On the bright side though...we all move up in rank 1 notch and our Captain BitSpit is now in 1st Place! w00t!

Whoa, congratulations to all the milestoners!!

Gouki, WTG 12 mill!!! Keep 'em crunching...

eagle 1, YAY 4 mill!! Nice job, you'll be to 5 million in no time!

Great job goes to all of you others!! SHAWN711, Legion of TIMO, Heavy_Equipment, MaximumConfusion, IamLorilei, engracio

Way to show these other teams what we're made of, and no matter what happens, NEVER give up. Always perservere, and remember... This takes patience and persistence... (and a little bit of power don't hurt nothing... )

I think we have ALL THREE with this team...

I know it can get discouraging when people leave, teams split, and such, but who says we can't come back out on top?? I mean, when I joined there were just handful of people, and now look at us!!! We ARE growing, and we will continue to keep growing as long as we tell all those we can about this great cause and the actual, real-world impact that we all can make with just a computer...

Keep crunching!!!

David

Excellent post...definitely a shot in the arm!

Thanks David...I needed that.

It is kind of discouraging to watch members just up and leave...it'll just make it that much sweeter when we show em that we're still alive and crunchin...and when we PASS THEM!!!

Lost a cow today

'Twas a 2000+xp. It was a build for a guy at work and he finaly picked it up today. I left the client on it, told him it would be a good way to test the computer for a few months, but there's no way he'll leave it on 24/7.

Losing another cow next week
a 1700+. For a lady at church, she'll be getting it next week sometime. Again, I'll leave it on, but she'll probably turn it off whenever it's not in use.

So, I'll be back to my 1700 @ 2400, a 1.1 tualatin celery and a 466 celery

Does anyone remember the link to that server the guy built w/ linux running like 5 motherboards, all crunching? I was hoping y'all could help me afind some good prices on some k7s5a combos and help me do something like that. This mass exodus is starting to take a toll on me too.

jme,

sounds like Mosix ...sorta like SMP over your lan.

Good job folks, and thank you David, that is exactly how I feel.
I wasn't here to witness the past issues, but regardless, it's water under the bridge now.

I started at 2037, I'll finish at 2037.
