Linux Client

Does it automatically upload or do I have to do it manually?
I think I finished my first 2 jobs on that machine and I wanted to know this.!

Also, can I just use the ./loader executable and it will load both the server and think?

While I don't have much Linux experience, the two linux clients I do have do upload on their own whenever they need to download more work.

You can check the status of the jobs by going into the THINK directory (or whatever you called it) and typing:
Code:
./server -l
You can manually fetch new jobs by killing the server and doing:
Code:
./server -receive
and send them with:
Code:
./server -send
Also, you could have an init script set up so it loads at startup. Send me a PM with your distro and I'll try and sort one out. (At least if its Slackware, Debian or Gentoo - I don't really know any others)

Already put the stuff on /etc/init.d/rc.5 on RH 7.3 !!!
I watch the process sometimes by writing:

./server -list

and check the current molecule doing a

more (or cat) pcname.000 (or something similar.!) and it gives me the current % of the wu and how many hits it has found!!

Thanks for the info guys.,!
