Jack and my spies over at XPC have informed me that you're doing daily stats over there now. Just thought I'd share how I do them.

Create one big "donkey" spreadsheet
Create a sheet that will have the stats post
Create formulas for each member's items. For one day I use =MAX('membername'!B:B)-LARGE('membername'!B:B,2) For 1 week, replace the 2 with an 8
Create a sheet for each member
Everyday type in the numbers for each member that doesn't have a red status
Once everything is typed in, go to the daily stats sheet and sort
Save and then save the daily stats sheet as a space formatted text file (tip: changing the column widths also changes the spacing).
Copy and post to the forums using whatever does preformatted text

It's a lot of work like this but I do enjoying typing the numbers.

Hey, thanks for the info BitSpit.

I had a real hard time even thinking how I was going to do it before I even started.

What I have done is to create a large sheet with all members listed down the side with their stats in each column beside them. Each stats column has a formula to display todays total - yesterdays total.

I also have two two areas on the sheet for todays total and yesterdays total, all I do each day is copy the todays info to yesterdays total, update any info that has changed and viola, the main list updates itself.

The result:

Note, not sure on font size and code functions on here so the size maybe a touch small.

All I have to do now is to add commas to the numbers. I like the idea of saving as space formatted text files, I will have to give that a go once the team have decided on molecules or points.

Glad to see that you are doing well over here and it is nice to see new members joining again (for both teams).
