The white box with the hat is the mortar board. It displays that when it's waiting for data for process. Since it's a new installation, this means it's waiting for your computer to download work from the server. The servers can be a bit sluggish at times so it may take a few minutes.

Also, you may notice that the program is rather slow, IMO. I have it running on two PC's, one that sucks (900 Celery) and one that doesn't (2.0Ghz AthlonXP, 400 FSB), and it takes a while for the window to pop up and display when you right-click the icon and hit "Queue" to check the progress and to manually send back WU's (Work Unit's). Anyone else have this problem? Their better be, two comps can't be a fluke accident.

Yes indeed, there is a fix for that problem:

Navigate your way to the Find-a-Drug folder (under Program Files), open up the think.env file in notepad and add the following line:

THINK_PRIORITY=NORMAL:IDLE

Exit saving the changes, then rightclick on the taskbar Think icon and click snooze, wait 10 seconds and then rightclick on the icon and click snooze again. Think will restart and will be more responsive.
