So whats all the cr@p with the points then?

Is the daily stats going to continue using molicules, or go down the FAD stats road of points? Please say molicules BitSpit

I for one think that the molicules is an "across the board" way of measuring performance, yeah, we all get bad jobs, but then we all get good ones.

Points are to easy to fiddle and dont make any sense. A couple of months ago, I had a crashed hard drive which I had to replace and re-install FAD etc. Once the new version of FAD was uploaded and it calculated the points, I was missing some 200 wu's (from the previous installation) that never got calculated.

With the new points system, I have now dropped from no. 9 to no. 13!!!

If the points system get addopted across the board, I am off!!!

Points are crap.

Never liked them although jobs (therfore molies) can but abused too the points system is wrong. It encourages ppl to use slower system therefore being more environmentally unfriendly and probably causing more disaeses etc.

Hay I am on a p133 under w98 atm should get a ******** of points for that but at 1,000,000 second for one job it doe snot seem as worth it. *sigh*

i think the only people who are going to count rankings by the new point system is the FAD people themselves.

it would take an awful lot of convincing for me to believe that we're ranked #2 in the world when the #4 team (Deep Thought) has 250 million more completed WUs than we do.

win2kuser, rovastar & others...as bitspit said, we will still be ranking by WUs, so don't lose heart!
