I'm waiting to hear from Anki on this, however he would have to contact Keith to remedy the problem, As I've found, if you have a remote and they change their info, your points that were made by that installation go with them.
Don't worry about the points they'll be back at the 12 pm update .I use a defunct e mail address on all my installations so I changed by setup options so I could run stats querry on one of the pcs thats been having problems with dial up .Just making sure all the results are going where they should.
