Looks like there's a new job called 1LVO-Q4 and it's Respitory Diseases, and this is what they say about it

The coronavirus family exhibit one main proteinase sometimes described as '3C-like' because the nature of the catalytic site which fulfils a crucial role in the regulation of the virus life-cycle. The 3-dimensional structure of the SARS main proteinase has not yet been determined experimentally but there is evidence to suggest that it is similar to other coronaviruses. For this project we have selected the structure of a coronavirus which can cause gastroenteritis. The catalytic or active site of this enzyme includes Cysteine and Histidine residues which are considered to be essential for the normal function of the protein. We are seeking small molecule inhibitors which interact with at least one of these residues.

Yes, new targets (I've been running those since monday, extremely low hits (I think 5 hits in 87 jobs so far from all PC's out there)

Those are the jobs that are currently running, however 1lyv, 1d8d are almost done, not sure on 1c1y (I think it's about 70% done)

The new cancer target 1e7u are supposed to yield over 50 hits on average.

havent got the new ones yet but looking forward to getting something with some hits

I changed all of my job queue until they're done to SARS since it's a scary thing I don't really care about hits but I do like finishing the jobs that's the fun part, to me anywho.

How can I make sure at least 1 on my cows is doing the SARS?

You need to change your control panel (setup) to allow other projects, including respiratory diseases.
