not seeing any problem w/toolbars either, surreal. sometimes i notice that some cows won't send WU's (they receive WU's just fine) and i have to reboot the machine, but that's about it.

Nope I know it's FAD, I even restored my system to a pre FAD state (although I thought it would stay and I had to reinstall it)
Untill I put FAD back on it was fine.
If I high light an icon in my task bar a black box comes up and it has the wrong name it will name the icon next to it. I can't figure out how to get a good screen shot.http://www.ezsurreal.com/taskbar.jpg

It's a bug with XP. Just uncheck the option to use OpenGL for graphic.

Hmmm, in your "setup" for fad, try disabling OpenGL graphics, I've not seen this before, however I don't run XP (that is what you're running right?)

I've checked on my mom's who is running XP and her does not have this oddity, also you are running 1.21j correct?

hehehe, see what happens when you're watching the hockey game and forget to hit submit glad to see someone has seen this before

Plus on mine it names the wrong program and it never goes back to how it should be.
I'm having trouble installing it on a P4 Lappy too. Also running XP.
It just freezes when it's going to connect the first time.

Great! All is well now! It was the dreaded Open GL syndrome.
Plus I downloaded the new version to the Lappy and it's working
