why not just create a team within a team? like what the Dutch Power Cows and and other powerhouse DC's do.

you could form your own mini-team...call it Team iNeb (or what have you) and just continue to be part of techimo. that way you get the best of both worlds, ie. your own distinguishable team identity as well as being affiliated with one of the top FAD groups.

No, i am not starting my own team (Yet). I will start my own team when my tech members feel like it is time to start our own team.

I just don't feel like i should be apart of the TechIMO team anymore..
