I'm using Excel. Each member has his own sheet in the workbook. The summary sheet has a buttload of formulas but they're simple. It's just something like =max(member!b:b)-large(member!b:b,2) for the new amounts and just =max(member!b:b) for the total. After the all the data is entered, I just sort it and save it to a formatted text file.

True. I only work 45-50 hours a week, but even then I'd say I've got an average of 7 hours free each day. Guess if I were truely bored, I could get a second job and use the money to buy a lot of hardware.
