Not that I can say it was my doing.
I just started the team.

But like they said in 'Feild of Dreams'
"If you build it, he will come"

And 3 people who had not before run FaD.
Have decided to join the project this week.

I am rather pleased.

Sorry I haven't been contributing much - had to turn off all my linux boxes in the shed which were crunching for OCAU, due to power costs. Plus work has been overwhelming me (can you say SARS ). But I've added FAD to my IPCOP router box, so I'll see if it'll run on that! And I switched my DMZ box to a Cel 366 (yep, you're old one! ) and that now crunches for OCAU.

So I may contribute something yet!

What pleases me about this.
Is that, at least 2 of those "New members"
Would probably not have tried FaD, without a local team.

So my "missionary work in the antipodes" is starting to show some results.

Funny, F@H has had a [planned] server outage this weekend.
So a lot of the OCAU F@H crew have been moaning for days: "what are we going to do?" etc...

Just haven't had the guts,
to drop into a thread,
and "crap it" with:
Run FaD instead!!!

I'm afraid I'm up against stiff opposition.

The Senior F@H members at OCAU are running a recruitment drive ATM.
Where they are actually offering prizes for new and old members.
All you need to do is register for the competition.
Contribute above a certain number of points in a week.
And you go into a draw to win stuff.
