[FaD] Running on a PC with no net access

OK, this question has been asked (hi eagle1! ), so just to clarify - FaD client THINK can be run on a PC with no net access - as long as you have access to one running THINK which DOES have net access (by sneakernet).

It's a bit of a fiddle, and will take some organising, but it can be done.
