which yes, in some cases this is true, but as soon as you begin adding textures, dynamic maps, and radiosity/cacheing of any form--your ram is gone. No matter how much you have, you don't have enough. Now as to how 3d rendering pertains to TV recording i do not know, but i just thought i would clear that up a bit.
