Avoid sharpbends in 80 pin cable they break internally very easily.
I have been told the conductor is actually solid aluminum foil instead of copper wire.
I haven't had one go bad yet to cut up to verify this.
I do know the school with all of the dell clamshells have a big problem with 80 pin cables.
