I agree with your list except for 1 retailer: OfficeMax
these guys have completely fallen flat since around Thankgiving this year. I was having a lot of luck with coupons and rebates from them but suddenly the rebates are becoming a maga hassle with them. I just received another denial with no reason listed. With all the copies I have I now face the dreaded task of trying my money out of them. Its becoming a hassle I no longer need.

My local store is a complete joke. The staff is/has been rude for a year now, no one knows where anything is and even the first person in the door on sale day is told they are sold out of the advertised items. Look at the RR rating for them. It will probably tick down as you read. They are falling faster than any one I have ever followed.

NewEgg and MWave both are great, I had a lot of luck with Minotaur Technologies when I was doing PIII systems and overclocking, glad to see they are still top flight. I must admit I have really done well with ComputerGeeks on the stuff I have gotten from them. I have gotten several systems (HP refubs, etc) from them that I have installed in a local school and all are holding up well. Keep an eye out for deals at Staples. I really like their store locally and they always email me a $30 of $150 at least every 2 weeks. Stack it with some rebates and you can do really well. They have never turned down one of my rebates either. I know others probably haven't been as fortunate with them but I do ok there.
