i dont really know. i know i dont like them because i dont get the eqivilant lighting (MAXLITE bulbs). and they give off an annoying glow.
btw... you can get them at aubuchon hardware (
www.aubuchonhardware.com) for a dollar each if you dont live around one. there are no rebates, just instant gratification, but i think its only for people in mass
