i just built a enw computer and have used it for about a month now with no problems its running windows xp with an asus a7v600 motherboard.

last night i downloaded a new bios from the asus website and i did a flash install of the bios with a program that came with the motherboard. in the middle of installing the new bios my computer froze. i restarted my computer and no it wont boot up, all my monitor says is VIDEO CABLE CONNECTED? the computer is running but i get that on the monitor. i also noticed that my optical mouse or keyboard do not light up when computer is turned on.
