thanks for the reply. actually it's two OS in one hard drive.

I cant seem to find what the sysdata.xml file says. as for the event viewer, i found out that there are a few errors.
the errors are :

1) ccEvtMgr which is described as failed to load configuration settings.

2) Application error: Faulting application ccapp.exe, version 2.0.0.6.35, faulting module unknown...

3) acpi error : AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO port address (Oxcfc), which lies in the Oxcf8-Oxcff protected address range. this could lead to system instability.

well, i guess the third error seems more reasonable for my pc. what do you think?

if you have any idea, please guide me to solve this problem. I really hope to solve this problem because it bothers me very much

. by the way, the problematic pc is not connected to Internet.
