First off never take a payment from an unconfirmed paypal account and second if he could not pay for an it that was less then $20 I would only except payment if by USPS money order. Just state to him that you do not accept unconfirmed paypal and neg. feedback requires payment my USPS money order or sale is void. Could you also post a link to your item sold?
