I had some items for sale on ebay and the winning bidder has -2 feedback and an unconfirmed pay pal address. He paid with a credit card wich normally I would never question but considering the negative feedback and the unconfirmed address I'm not too sure. I haven't accepted or denied the payment and the auction just ended so I haven't contacted him yet I'm just curious about a couple things.

1. I thought in order for you to use a cc you had to have a confirmed addy??

2. would it be wrong to deny payment and ask that he not use a cc?

3. would it be wrong even though I didn't state it in the auction to not accept his bid or payment??

advice is needed asap.
