Ok, my freinds old system died and he gave me his old parts.
Heres what I got to work with:

Intel Tultian 1.3 Ghz
Sound Blaster Live 5.1
USB 2.0 Card
Mini Compaq Case w/300 watt PSU
Generic 56x DVD-ROM
TDK 16X10X32 CD-RW
AMD HSF good for Athlon XP 2000+

heres what I plan to buy for it

Connect 3d 9600np
512 mb pc133
40 gb HDD

heres what I need help with. I need a Tultian MoBo that only has 3 pci slots and one agp. Overclocking ability would be great. (I heard the Tultian can be good up to 1.7 ghz). I've looked like nuts and have yet to find any Socket 370 mobo let alone one good for OC'ing. I'd be willing to pay between 50-$65 for one. Im trying to build a system on the cheap and have it for a bud who comes over to lanparty but either has a sucky system or for some reason can't bring there's over. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
