Sounds like you have an OEM Windows 95 disc.

As previously stated, the easiest thing for you to do is make a WIN98 boot floppy (you use the WIN98 version because it has the CDROM drivers already on it, that makes things easier)

Put the boot floppy in the floppy drive, and the WIN95 CD in the CDROM drive. Start the computer, and it will boot to an A: prompt. Run fdisk to delete, then reinstall the primary partition hard drive, then format the hard drive.

Once the hard drive is reformatted, switch to your CDROM drive and run setup. That will start the WIN95 installation routine.

Let us know if you need more specific instructions. You can also do a google search and find all kinds of information on installing WIN95, as well as using the fdisk and format commands, etc.
