Please help me!!! My family has a computer, Windows 95, but we had to uninstall windows 95 because it was slow,then planned on installing it back again, all i get now, with out frezzing up the computer, is in this order, i cut the computer on, it says "error loading explorer.exe, you must reinstall windows, then i press ctrl-alt-del, it shows one program, msgxr32 (not reponding), i delete it, and then theres one last message saying "the Shell32.dll file is linked to the missing export shlwapi.dll:RegGetUSValueA.
