As far as I can tell the PSU is ok. My main worry is that I have been operating the PSU under to hgh of a load for a long time and that maby it was statring to slip. I have another very cheap PSU that I didn't try because I couldn't be shure that it could the load at all. I ended up trying it anyway and the motherbaord reported the same same voltages as the other PSU. Some a little to high and some a little to low. So maby it's the motherboard. It also might be a memory combatibility problem or a chipset compatablility issue. Iv'e also had problems with a Radeon 9700pro and a ASUS GeForce 2 MX 400 and the onbaord RAID controller not booting up. And Iv'e never been able to get my original AIW Radeon to play all the way through a DVD without locking up, though it does fine with games. The motherbaord is an ABIT KG7-R, so maby it's a problem with the AMD 761/ VIA 686B chipset. Maby it's just time for a new motherboard.
