Go to www.formfactors.org and download the ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide (343kb).

Go to page 29 and it will show the pinouts for the power supply. You can monitor these voltages with your digital meter.

Voltage tolerances can be found in section 3.2.1 on page 10.
