The definate fix...

Flashing BIOS... It was the fix for me. Apparently the BIOS for that Mainboard has some hyperthreading issues... So I'd go for the flashing BIOS trick. After I did that, It's been working like a charm. Goodluck, and be careful, if ya mess it up, it's near impossible to fix. But definatly give that a shot. Also, if your floppy is screwed up, you'll need a new one. They're only like $10 now adays, and it's kinda something you need... so you might as well spend it after spending so much on all those other expensive pieces. I hope this helps! It was a pain in the butt to figure out after narrowing everything else down... but I'm almost certain it's that. Afterall, it worked for me.
