oh okay,

Well I would do is use the find files feature and type in rundll32.exe and see if its in the computer, if its not in there, I would run SFC and extract the file you need from windows and get it put back into the windows directory. My computer running 98se and i have this file and also one called rundll.exe.

I would try that first, unless someone else has a better suggestion. If the file path is infact wrong in the computer I am not sure how to change that, Just wanted to clear up the file path question first.
