I went to reset the time on one of my Intel machines and got this:

Cannot find the file "C:\WINDOWS/rundll32.exe" {or one of it's componts} Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraies are avaibale.

This was a clean install of `98fe last night and I'v never had this happen befor.
Any Idears?
