After new drivers, you are still getting same error on dxdiag tests? These problems happenned before installing Amer. Army? Other than WC3 & AA, are you having problems with any other applications?
America's Army(version
1.7) has a program called
cleaner.exe located in the game dir that you could try running.
I am not sure what to suggest next.
Tweak Town has it's own multi-page site for optimizing your computer to play America's Army that you could look over. You don't have an unused GeForce FX 5900 Ultra sitting around just collecting dust, do you?
