That's using a 12 pt scale...I'm using an Engineer's or 10 pt scale.

And as far as the sketch goes...almost all of the measurements are given to me...almost all of them. And that's where I'd use my trusty scale to figure out the length of the line. I can't guess on something like this...I need to KNOW what the length is. Square footage on someone's house is not something you guess on! lol.
