But say I'm an art critic. I write a peice on a work of art in the local Museum of Art that somebody at the mesueum framed and placed next to the work. The art's not any less or more beautiful than before, but right beside it is what someone else said about that work of art. Would it be morally right (not legally, that's not the question I'm asking) for City Hall to demand it be taken down because the quote "It was as if god himself took the hand of the artist and helped him paint the best work of art I've seen." was in the article? It wouldn't take anything away from the art work, nor would it add anything...
