Thanks Omardeth, almost the same motherboard, but the BIOS setups are almost identical and since cracked is trying to install a FX video card, I am pretty much now a well informed authority for MSI Boards and GeForce FX cards.....lol
By the way, my system has not missed a beat and the FX5900 Ultra is just beautiful.
I have emailed MSI about the 8X AGP problem, and will just wait and see if a fix comes out any time soon.
Thanks again for your suggestions, they confirmed that I was doing everything possible correctly and that I was not going crazy.
