Did my first sky dive today.
Not tandem but accelerated free fall
I went up about 14,000 feet and they let us drop
I wasn’t really nervous until I saw others jumping out of the plane and I said to myself im about to jump out of a plane that isn’t even on fire
Basically I fell about 8000 feet and pulled my own chute and landed myself. during flight i was not scared at all I actually felt really comforterable. On my landing I fell on my butt because I thought I was higher than I really was.
either way the instructors were impressed. My brother was on the next flight and he did a great job. We were going to do it a second time but it was rained out
Oh well hopefully next weekend
