Well, it's probably not what you want to hear, but I stay right away from this kind of spiritualism.
My reason is that I believe we are spiritual beings created by God, and that their are spiritual forces in this world that want us to stay out of a relationship with God the creator.
And those forces are beyond our comprehension, but include stuff like channeling and tarot reading. So, if we follow these mysticisms, then it will try to keep us away from finding the true relationship we need with the creator God. Which is the only way we can discover our true meaning in life. IMO, of course.
Well, you did ask.
I used to study parapsychology and the occult before I became a Christian, and I have a pretty good idea of some of the stuff you may come into contact with. If you ignore anything else I say, please remember this: be careful. Please.
