Hi My cousin PC with OS winXP alway restart by itself during operation, first it alway say window error is shutting down. I tried reinstalling window but problem still the same . So, I try reformatting the PC, clean install, still the problem persit. It keeps on shuting down and restart. Oh I forget to say that when I try to solve the problem by going to the safe mode when the problem first occur I don't remember it ever restarted. I run it on safe mode to look for the problem and no restarting occur. Can it be the power supply has problem?
