When i bought mine the guy was rude. I went in, and being young and not looking 30's maybe he thought i didn't have the money..
I sat there for about 10 mins while he was right in front of me, another customer said "He was here first" when he went to wait on him, when i talked to him i said i wanted the Canon A40 (Because i did alot of research before i bought it, and i wanted to see it in person) He said there was none left, but when i checked online it said there were plenty left, so i said to myself (That can't be, they don't sell that fast)
So i went to customer service counter and asked to speak with some one, so i told him what happened, and we got another person, he found the camera where the guy already looked, in back. So i got the promotion (A free camera bag with any purchase over $100) a 128MB flash card ($40) and the camera $250, the guy felt bad and asked the salesman how much the bag was, the sales guy said it was free, and asked how much the card was ($40, was on sale) and he said "Ok..." Said he'll give it to me for free, i said he didn't have to, so he insisted and i took it.
Spent about $270 total with tax at COMPUSA, and love the camera, bad experience though
