I don't believe that's possible. Even if they are set up on separate partitions, you will still be able to browse to the other partition. I have Win2k and 98 on my HDD. When I boot to Win2k, I can still copy files to 98, like a document into the 98 My Documents. Because my Win2k partition is NTFS, win 98 can't see it. I am almost positive unless you have 2 separate HDD's, even if you dual boot with system commander, you will still be able to see each others files.

If I am wrong, someone will correct me.
