i think every body know this software

i try many times to access this site but always i get this message
"The page cannot be displayed"
what i want to solve my problem was i can't remove it from my Pc because i can't access my e-mail in the computer and
i forget the password for advisor.
so ,,, if any body can help me
i use many steps to remove but i didn't

step 1
start>run>msconfig> startup = and i unselect the name of this software and second step was in control Panel >Add/Remove i try to removed but nothing happen.
setp 2
start>run>regedit>
in localmachine >Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run > and delete also name the software and use the keys Alt+Ctrl+Del and unselect the software and use the same step 1 in Control Panel but it nothing happen.
