I dont think the performance to sound ratio is very good beacuse 1coolpc has already posted a mod to the fan with a complete fan relocation and fan replacement. It requires a complete disassembly of the unit. A 60$ heatsink should work VERY well as is, without this any redesign by the end user.

p.s. The remod of the cooler uses zip ties to secure the fan to the heatsink ???!!!
