I personally like the dremel for its size, and it made short work of a 120mm blowhole I cut in the top of my steel case.

The speed rating on the variable multi pro is 5000 to 35000, but when I cut the hole in my case, I didn't really need to turn it up too much. Can't really put alot of pressure on it unless you enjoy breaking cutt-off wheels and trailing all over your case, so I don't see how it makes alot of difference.

If you like the accessories, I'd say keep it. Tools are really a matter of personal preference.
