Where did you hear that canada's portion of @home wouldn't be affected? I heard otherwise on local news (Hamilton)
BTW Rogers = Cogeco = Shaw, thier all one company, but I'm glad I'm on highspeed wireless, no worries and it's faster then cable on download.
