Computer boot problem

Hello, i have a problem. When I turn on my computer (put together myself) nothing shows up. Don't even ask about the video cards or monitor, those all work. My mobo is a Abit KR7-A, no raid. it has lights to show it has power and its running. Anyone have ideas or anything? I ordered a new mobo yesterday, but if i get my other mobo computer working that would be great. PLEASE HELP!!
