Best way to triple boot with win2k, win98se, and mandrake 8.1??

I am thinking of updating my system alittle, will probably be adding a 60gig drive since my 20 is getting pretty full now, upon doing this i wouild love to triple boot between the 3 OS's mensioned above. All would be done on a fresh format. This is what i was thinkging oringally.

format, load win98se, use partition magic to create 3 parts, 5gig ext2 for linux, 25gig fat32 for win2k, 30gig fat32 for win98se. Then load win2k on, then load linux. WOuld this be the best way or is there a better way?

I know i could use ntfs for the win2k partition, but i wanna easily be able to access files on that partition from win98se so fat32 would be needed to be used as far as i know.

Thanks
