The max I could reach on that file was 155 KB/s.

[EDIT] My ISP must be having service problems... I did the DSL test and it was WAY down than usual. Half the speed that I am usually at. Hmmm.... maybe try again later. I did how ever try that file again and I hit 200 KB/s. Still not up to par........... If it doesn't correct itself, my ISP will be getting a Phone Call!!!!!!
