The guy at OOL told me that more than 5 gigs tranfered a day will get you capped and so will transfering to more than 2 ip's at the same time. Whether or not this is the only way to get capped is not in my knowledge, but I know that I have transfered way more than 5 gigs a day and no cap yet. I guess I'm just lucky. I too have gotten d/l speeds from various sites upwards of 1Mb/s, but I still don't know why an HTTP file transfer from my machine goes faster than an FTP transfer does.
