Dell is pretty good, i ordered a dell inspiron 2650 notebook. it had some problems and they exchanged it for a new one! .... and their rebates are sent out fast with tracking, they actually sent me a total of 4 rebates, instead of 2 that i requested, so they sent me a total of $758 in rebates instead of $379!! wow, i'm lucky
So, I got my notebook for much, much less than i expect to pay for!
