Depends on:
*how lucky you are with the chip
*the cooling inside your case
*your heatsink (Stock fan .. hmm.. not so good for OCing)
*MoBo, RAM, PSU and other parts` quality (must handle theFSB increase)
Over 55C is too hot, IMO.
Still it is safe to reach 60C, but my XP1900+ OCed to 143FSB never reaches 50C at full load, it stays between 42C - 45C usually.
You have to go into the BIOS and bump your FSB a little .. lets say 3MHz steps and test the stability ...
In general, most AMD CPUs will reach 140FSB without a problem.
